Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 18 May 2026

1. Seller

This site, Cryer Liveries (cryerliveries.com), is operated by Nathan Cryer, a sole trader providing custom iRacing livery design services ("Cryer Liveries", "we", "us", "I"). By using the site or commissioning work you ("you", "customer") agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptance

By submitting a commission brief, paying a deposit, or otherwise continuing to use the service, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have authority to bind the entity you represent) and agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. The service

I produce custom iRacing liveries (texture/livery files, optional spec maps, render packs, and upload to Trading Paints) on a per-commission basis. Scope, deliverables, and revisions are agreed in the brief and confirmed by email before work begins.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use this service to: (a) request or distribute unlawful, infringing, hateful, or defamatory content; (b) impersonate sponsors or rights-holders without authorization; (c) commit fraud or chargeback abuse; (d) probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the security or integrity of the site.

5. Intellectual property

I retain ownership of source files, working files, and proprietary techniques. On full payment you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered livery for personal and team iRacing use, streaming, and promotion. Resale or redistribution of source files is not permitted without written consent. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any logos, marks, or artwork you supply.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe handles card processing, fraud prevention, and (where applicable) tax calculation. Cryer Liveries (Nathan Cryer) is the seller of record and is responsible for the commission itself, customer service, and refunds.

Commissions are billed in two stages: a deposit at the start and the remaining balance on delivery. Add-ons (extra renders, revisions, rush) are billed separately via the pay page.

7. Refunds & bespoke work

Liveries are custom digital goods made to your specifications. Refund eligibility depends on production stage and is set out in full in our Refund Policy. In summary: deposits are fully refundable before design work begins; work-in-progress refunds are pro-rated for unstarted work; once final, un-watermarked files have been delivered and match the agreed brief, the order is non-refundable as a bespoke digital good (your statutory consumer rights are unaffected). Any preview renders shared before final delivery are watermarked drafts and are not licensed for use. If a refund is issued after delivery, your licence to use the delivered livery ends and you agree to stop using and to delete the files. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

8. Service level & warranties

I aim to deliver on the timeline agreed in the brief but make no guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free, or on-time delivery in all circumstances. The service is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.

9. Suspension & termination

I may suspend or terminate a commission, refuse service, or cancel an order for: (a) material breach of these Terms; (b) non-payment; (c) suspected fraud or chargeback abuse; (d) abusive conduct; or (e) requests that would require infringing third-party rights. Where a commission is cancelled by me before delivery, any amounts paid for undelivered work will be refunded via Stripe.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, my aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with a commission is limited to the fees you paid for that commission in the 12 months preceding the claim. I am not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profit, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

12. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL.
