Refund Policy

Cryer Liveries (Nathan Cryer) is a made-to-order custom design service. Because each commission is bespoke and produced to your specifications, refund eligibility depends on where your project is in production. The window for any refund request is 30 days from the order date.
When you can get a full refund
- Deposit, before design work begins — full refund, no questions asked.
- Any payment, if I cancel or can't complete the commission — full refund for any undelivered work.
- Add-ons (extra renders, revisions, rush) not yet started — full refund.
When you can get a partial refund
- Work is in progress but final files have not been delivered — refund of the unused portion, reflecting design time already spent on your brief. Any preview renders shared during this period are watermarked draft visuals only, not licensed for use.
- Final files have been delivered but materially fail the agreed brief and I am unable to fix the issue within the included revisions — refund proportional to the unresolved issue, assessed case-by-case.
When refunds are not available
Because liveries are custom digital goods made to your specifications, refunds are not available after final, un-watermarked files have been delivered and the work matches the agreed brief — i.e. change of mind after delivery, or after the files have been uploaded to Trading Paints / used in iRacing. This is the standard "made to your specifications" exception that applies to bespoke digital goods.
If a refund is issued after files have been delivered, your licence to use the delivered livery ends and you agree to stop using and to delete the delivered files.
How to request a refund
Email nate@cryerliveries.com with your project number (CRY-XXXXXX) and a short note on why you're requesting a refund. I'll review it against this policy and, if approved, issue the refund through Stripe to your original payment method.
How refunds are processed
Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including any rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law. Where mandatory local consumer law gives you broader refund rights than this policy, those rights apply.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern with a charge, please email me first — refunds are usually faster than chargebacks and avoid the need to open a dispute with your bank or Stripe.
